TN Paramedical Application 2025: Eligibility, Documents & Process
The Tamil Nadu Paramedical Admission is conducted by the Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education (DME). It covers popular courses like B.Sc Nursing, B.Pharm, BPT, and various Diploma courses. Admission is purely based on 12th standard marks (Merit List) with no separate entrance exam.

- Registration: Visit the official website tnmedicalselection.net and register with your mobile number.
- Fill Details: Log in and fill the application form covering Personal, Academic, and Reservation details.
- Payment: Pay the application fee online (approx ₹400, subject to change).
- Upload: Upload your photo, signature, and other certificates using the exact sizes provided by this tool.
- Submit: Lock your application and take a printout for future reference during counselling.
Selection & Counselling Process
Ranking: The DME releases a Rank List based on the cut-off marks calculated from your 12th standard Physics, Chemistry, and Biology marks (Total out of 200).
How to Calculate Paramedical Cut-off?
The total cut-off is calculated out of 200 marks.
Reservation Policy (69% Rule)
Seats in Government Colleges and Govt Quota in Self-Financing Colleges are allotted based on the communal reservation logic:
AR Number: A unique Application Reference (AR) Number is assigned to each applicant for tracking purposes before the rank list is out.
Counselling: Based on your rank, you will be called for Online Counselling where you can choose your preferred college (Government Medical Colleges or Self-Financing Colleges).
